We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days commence from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken. A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s value is payable for all items returned unless the item is faulty or damaged in which case no restocking fee is payable.
Please ensure to use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Blushes Hair Salon, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we cannot accept returns that we are not pre-notified about. When returning an item please use a recorded delivery channel, as we can only offer refunds on items that have a proof of delivery for.
